300hp... and only a 14.1 1/4 mile ran in I think it was car and driver...

with AWD and/or six speed? thats not too bad, that thing is quite big compared to a neon/srt4. and the drag from its height alone would add a couple tenths. that motor in a neon=13's. still cant wait to find out if its a simple swap. that would make things so much easier than trying to find an 05 srt4 motor in 2 years when I can afford the swap.

They had 5-6 cars in the latest motor trend that were all in the same class.. Mazda 3, HHR, Caliber etc... Well the Caliber came in last place. Caliber is flippin heavy dude.

I don't tihnk anyone has really track tested an SRT yet. The C&D article was just "estimated times". But yeah -- the R/T 2.4 , and SE 1.8 have all proved to be quite slow by today's standards.
