Did you buy a part and think it was awesome, or did you think it was a piece of crap? Let everyone know here so we know not to buy the same product.

I'll be in the market for upgraded brakes soon. I'll see how these pan out

As mentioned before, I've been there and done that with the PowerSlots, I've waited almost a year do get something back on the front and did not want to go with ebay crap. SSBC has been around for years and it's a local company so I figured I would give them a shot.

The rotors are from a local company called Stainless Steel Brake Systems or SSBC. I decided to use them since the PS rotors I had before were a pos.
These rotors are:
J341 gray cast iron G3000
Corrosion protected with a Zinc/Nickel coating
CNC machined drilled and slotted
Every rotor comes with an inspection sheet for quality making sure the rotor meets specific requirments set by SSBC to ensure the rotor is perfect. Each inspection sheet has a genuine signature and date when the rotor was inspected to meet there standards.
The inspection sheet contains 5 requirements:
1 - Braking surface run out within 0.003 inches on a 10" diameter
2 - Braking surface flatness within 0.002 inches per sq. inch
3 - Parallel with each other within 0.003 inches on a 1 inch radius
4 - Material: SAE J431 automotive gray cast iron grade G3000
5a - Corrosion protection:plating Bright Zinc - yes fo mine
So far the pad and rotor combination has me kissing the steering wheel when I come to a hard stop
I've still got to break in the pads more, but oh my god! I barely have to touch the brake pedal and the car comes to a stop a hell of alot better than it ever did using the PS rotors and NAPA ceramix pads

8hrs of major rainfall led to the rotors looking like this....
The surface area where the pads contact had rust forming which is common for every rotor on the market. The thing with these rotors, they did not squeak or squeal at all when I left work! My stock rotors would squeal for a little bit until they got rust free and hot. The plated area that has no pad contact stayed looking like it was brand new except for the water and dirt stains. So far after putting almost 100miles on these rotors and pads, everything is working perfect! Half the pedal effort to do what full pedal effort did before, no brake fade at all and if I have to hit the brakes hard, these things lock right up causing the ABS to kick in where my other setup would not
More details as they follow....

like my EBC rotors, you'll notice that the dipples have no rust on them due to the zinc coating still being there. Are your running redstuff pads as well?

The website for SSBC states $109each for the rotors, but I got them for $90 each, about what I payed for the powerslots 2 years ago. The EBC reds were around $70 a set..
