I decided not to use the SRT-4 knuckles instead just swapped backing plates. So I have a pair of SRT-4 knuckles for sale if somebody is looking for the offset strut rod setup for wider tires.
I got the SRT-4 rear disc swap done.

It took a little over 3 hours for both sides. I'll need to adjust the e-brake but that is not difficult. I have a brake fitting on the passenger side that I'll need to keep and eye on. It's the one that caliper line screws into. I don't think that teflon tape is used on brake fitting is it? Here is a quick pic of it.

Cool Man... How hard was it overall?

Everyone knows that for breasts to be "perfect" they need to be within reach.
its not hard to do if you know what your doing, your just changing the bracke, knuckle and lines, all which are interchange able, took me about an 1.5 to 2.0 hours for both sides, did you notice a better braking, i noticed a big difference.
also i had to switch out one of the rear wheel bearings due to excessive, noise.

upcoming mods, RT manifold, UDP, and ODP,
The brakes feel stronger now and the rears do not lock up before the fronts even in rain. They look a much better than the drums do.
I decided to keep my OEM knuckles and hubs and just swap the backing plate assembly. This way all that was needed was to onbolt the hub nuts at 160 ft. lbs torque then pulled the hub off and unbolted the 4-15mm bolts that hold on the drum backing plate. I didn't loose much brake fluid because as soon as I undid the drum brakes line I attached the calipers brake line.
The biggest pain is the e-brake cables and that getting that damn dust cap off the hub. I adjusted the e-brake and noticed that the brake lever is pulled further back to engage the e-brake. It's a much smaller drum now so that probably makes a difference. I did follow the FSM suggestions on e-brake adjustment. I don't think there is a adjustment on the lever. In the rain pulling on the e-brake lever will lock up the back wheels and it does hold the car on a steep incline.
For anyone that has 4 wheel disc and wants SRT-4 like rear disc.
The only difference is a thicker rotor and different pads. The metal backing on the pads is thinner than the regular pads this way a thicker rotor can be used. The backing plate and caliper are the same on all the models.

Just for the hell of it I weighed the disc and drum components and it's no new discovery the disc brake weighs more.
SRT-4 Disc brake assembly (backing plate, all e-brake parts, rotor and caliper and bolts) is 25 pounds. (SRT-4 has a thicker rotor)
Stock Drum Brake asembly (backing plate, e-brake parts, shoes and drum) is 12 pounds.
Knuckle and Hub assembly is 11 pounds.

i think all rear disc brakes are the same... someone had posted actal part numberse before. the difference was in the 1gns, but they will still work with the 2gn.

Could you include a list of all the part you needed for this swap, and maybe even a picture of the part? Thanks
