Lowering and strut bars?

I just recently added 17" rims and low profile performance tires on, and what a big difference in the ride. Handles, corners and rides great. I was woundering if lowering and or adding strut bars will make any change? Good or bad. If I do this I want to get it right the first time, even if it takes awhile to save the $'s. Any help would be helpful. Thanks!

Lowring will almost always make a car handle better.
Strut bars...the rear does more than the front does, but they are nice to have.

Thanks for your input

But what will it do for the comfort level? I guess I want both handling and comfort, that being said what would you suggest if I want the best of both worlds?

I don't care what ppl say, the p-werks bar is where it is at. One has to try the 3 point design before they say strut bars do not help.
They now have a 3 point front brace for the srt. I know the rear works on all neons 00+, but not sure about the front.

Thanks for the resources.

They were very informative reading, which helps out alot. Answered most questions and then raised a few more. But I figured learning as much before hand will help out in the process. In the long run though, I wish I could sample what they all ride like before I settle on one... We know that can't happen. Thanks again for the research it really does help.
