5x100 to 4x100 conversion?!?!

What do I need? Do I use the 4x100 spindles, hub, calipers? Or what do I do?

Also what suspension do I use? The 2nd gen one? Or the 1st gen one?! Damn I really want these rims and they only come in 4x100.

H&R makes spacers and you can pick specific conversions but you will have to find rims with a lot of offset in order to fit them over the rims.
