front end clunking/rattle?

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

front end clunking/rattle?

Okay so my car makes this clunking sound front the front.. mostly drivers side... it does it alot around 25 - 40 mph... iand sometimes when i go over bumps... not so much when im turning... i can kind of feel it too... i thought it was the motor mount so i changed the bottem passager one and it still makes noise... it's soo annoying... any suggestions?

well i too and now going through this, I had the car looked at and they told me it was the "Stabilizer Bar Bushing".

cheap fix, try lubing it with some all purpose oil? sure fix, if that's what it really is, replace it.

dunno how much it's gonna cost to have it put in but the part cost me $20 total for two new bushings for the front end for it from the dealer. hope that helps. thats the only thing that was recommend was to replace them.

Ball joints, sway bar (stabilizer bar) bushings, could be tie rod end, check everything to see what moves.
