Best Price For Brakes?

Post by Canada » Tue Oct 23, 2007 8:59 pm

Ok Guys.

I am feeling lazy. I hate to admit it, but I am. I have spent 3 hrs searching for the best price for brakes for my car, and am really not finding much.

I am looking for Powerslot FR/RR rotors. Hawk HPS pads FR/RR and Goodridge SS Lines for Neon w/ Rear Disc.

Powerslot P/N #
Front - 8350PSL / 8350PSR (Best price $72/ea)
Rear - 8340PSL / 8340PSR (Best price $83/ea)

Hawk Pads P/N #
Front - HB260F.670 (Best price $63)
Rear - HB176F.614 (Best price $58)

Goodridge SS Lines P/N #
Kit - 12407 (Best price $164)

I think this should be a fairly stout set-up for Street/Occasional track usage. I am also gonn have the rotors powdercoated red.

So, if anyone can find better prices, not from Ebay, let me know, and myabe there will be something in it for you, if I save some $$.

not sure which rotors are best for you but I will draw you away from Street Heat rotors, they are badley designed and rust like hell.. the pattern on the cross drilled rotors arnt even on to rotor surface and the pad ends up fading the rotor uneven.. anyone else have that same probleme with after market rotors either drilled or slotted.
