Whats the proper way to adjust the ride height with the BC's. Heard a couple differnet things, but I'm not sure if theres anything special.

The lower ring, the one that the spring does not sit on. The upper ring adjusts spring pre-load.

so, i should turn the lower ring, moving it up the thread? Did you mess with the pre load when you put yours in?

I didn't touch the pre-load... the only real way to make sure all is well with that is to get the car balanced.

You should move it up the thread then you'll have to turn the strut itself to screw it up and down into the lower housing which will raise and lower the height of the car.
