if your bouncing your kidneys loose your struts are blown trust me ;)

Just jack the car up and check one of them only should take about 10-20 min

if you press on the fender and lift off... does it bounce once and pretty much comes to a stop or does it keep bouncing? if it keep bouncing then the strut is blown. If it pretty much comes to a stop then they are fine and your not liking the ride.

What kind of bumps are we talking about hard bumps small bumps? how long have you had this setup (struts do wear out over time)?

I'm sorry, but I can't understand some of what you are saying. What is a while? I've had mine for almost 60k miles. They have are holding strong, so I don't know what awhile is for you.

Did you test the rebound by pressing down from the fender?
