This might seem kinda dumb but is the tire inflated properly?

It's possible you have a dragging brake caliper too.

Did you get a 2 or 4 wheel alignment?

Double check the tire pressure?

Neon's don't have upper control arms they have a MacPherson style setup which is just a lower control arm. I would think...IF the alignment was a four wheel and not just a two wheel that tire pressure would play a role. I mean you said you changed the LCA and outer tie rod end. Was the ball joint okay? The LCA bushings installed properly (those can also cause a car to veer off)? If you had a dragging caliper...you'd know, you'd smell it.

as far as i know it was a 4 wheel alignment, i will double check the tire pressure and the ball joints,

would it be possible that the frame might have shifted a little?

Depending on how hard you hit I imagine it's possible... but if that's the case it shouldn't have aligned, I wouldn't think.

How is your rim?

make them re-check the alignment, not every one does a good job. as Random1 said, if it aligned correctly, technically it should not pull.....

i will get a pict of the rim up in a min.. i do remember that i hit the curb at about 20mph, it was enough to strip out one of the sway bar bolts, could the sway bar be bent?

It's possible, but the sway bar being bent shouldn't cause the car to wander... unless you DID do frame damage. Pics will tell. Might also want to go for a front end inspection, have someone (professional) look at the car and see if anything else looks off.

also... the radiator fan seems to be rubbing when it turns on, and one of the bolts closest to the front of the car for the factory air box is pushed forward... idk

here are the picts of the rim, it is hard to tell but the rim is actually bent, (if anyone is selling or know someone who is selling srt rims let me know i dont need tires thanks)

picts:

if you look at the bottom 2 spokes where it goes to connect to the lugs you can see the stress crack where it bent

thanks for the continuing input

I would go more with the ball joints and also the possibility of a bent rim. take the rim to a tire shop and have them check it for out of round it will be obvious to them if its bent or not. I would also check the wheel bearing, just jack the car up enough to get ur hand under the tire and grab the top also and try to shake ur tire. if u get any play or clanking noise you know u have another problem.

i should mention also that i went back to the stock r/t rims, ill look over the ball joints though and the bearings, there is a loud i guess that you could say that it is a high pitched squeak that is there now could that be the bearing

A squeal is usually either brake noise or a hub bearing being damaged, which hitting a curb at 20mph is quite possible. Honestly, we can try to diagnose your issues all day but we aren't going to be able to help you as much as a shop would. Take it to one and have them give it a serious once over. You started off saying the car was just pulling...now you have squealing, fan issues, swaybar bolts snapping out....

Time to bring it to someone so they can look at it.
