Motons work a pretty low pressure as opposed to koni's which have a high charge, it lets oil back into the reservor in case of a large deflection so they dont blow.
$7400 huh not as bad as I thought

SRT ends should allow the SRT knuckles to bolt up no problem no?

 Huh? If you mean will the struts bolt to the Neon knuckles, IIRC they do. If for some reason you had to switch to SRT knuckles, then you will need the SRT rack as well.

Unless you had the knuckles modified to work with the Neon rack, right? Or am I thinking of something else?

When using the SRT knuckles, the tie rods need to be modified to get the front end to align correctly.

I didn't think the Neon knuckles were any thicker where the strut bolts on. But if you wanted to take advantage of the SRT brake mounting style (and you already have the parts) then you will need the rack as well.
