i replaced my tie rod and of course now my alignment is way off.

But now when i'm driving about 60 or faster and let off the throttle the car shakes horribly until i either hit the brakes or hit the gas again. What could this be? just an alignment?

bad alignment will do that, take it somewhere and have it checked, and corrected. Also, tires out of balance will do that as well.

Too late now, but you should have measured the distance from the sub frame to the knuckle , or counted the turns, (tho with different styles that doesn't always work out). Then it would be close enough to get to an alignment shop with out too many issues. It can be tough to get a good measurement if the tie rod has a lot of play. just have to avereage the longest and shortest distance.
