Yea whenever you remove any suspension parts (like add lowering springs to your car) you need to go get an alignment.

:withstupid: Your first step should be getting an alignment since the geometry of the suspension has been changed. I know my old car had that same feeling when the inner and outer tie rods were bad. I had a good bit of play back and forth before the wheels would actually turn, and it was mainly at highway speeds. Sometimes you can hear it click when you move the wheel back and forth while parked, that is usually a good sign of bad tie rods.

An alignment shop will usually be able to tell you if they are bad, usually it's hard for them to set it correctly when they are. Most good shops give you a few month warranty on the alignment (NTB for sure) so you can come back and have it adjusted for free. Just remember, it takes 3-4 weeks for the springs to settle correctly, so it's usually better to wait a little while before trying to align.

And you justification for this on a strut car with no camber adjustment that you didnt disconnect the toe-links for is?
With a neon you have 2 suspension adjustments that can be easily made
Camber: Through slotted strut bottoms, crash bolts, or, camber plates
Toe: Through the tie rods
When you did the struts did you disconnect the tie rods? If not then your toe didnt change. Do you have crash bolts(called a camber kit by douche bags)? Are your struts stock? If they are they wont be slotted if they are aftermarket do the bottom mounts have oblong holes?
The simple answer to your question is that you gained a bit of negative camber through the lowering the car is going to feel more responsive this along with the higher spring rate causes the car to respond quicker you dont have a problem. If it makes you feel better get the wheels balanced and an alignment(prepare to pay more because your car is lowered) DO NOT GO TO NTB, I dont know of anybody who has gotten a correct reading at an NTB, take it to a decent shop.

Sound like something was left loose. I would check ur tie rod and ball joint bolts, make sure everything is tight. As far as an alignment goes, lowering ur car changes camber but not much of anything else so you will definitely need camber bolts and if you get an alignment done and u still get that feeling you can blame it on the alignment shop lol.

If the camber is really far negative it could account for some of that loose feel as well.
