Rattling Squeeking noise @ passenger front wheel

Ok since a couple of weeks i have this metal to metal rattle/squeeking on my daily 2000 2gn.
I searched and i saw this thread: viewtopic.php?t=36062 seems almost the same but it had no answer in the posts.........

The rattle is only when i'm driving and is depending on how fast i drive. @ lower speeds the rattle is slower than at higher speed, (just like a card between the spokes on a bike)

Also when i brake or accelerate the sound seems to dissapear!
above 30mph i don't hear it anymore, but maybe that's because the road noise and stuff blocks it out when going faster.

What would be the problem? Axle? Wheel bearing? Differential?
any help is apreciated!!!

My best guess is excess clearance in the hub/bearing. The torque from acceleration will cause it to deflect from it's normal running position. With braking, the rotor is pushed by the piston/caliper, changing the angle that it runs at. It may not be enough to feel by shaking the wheel, but you really can't apply as much force as the weight of the car, plus accel/braking. Well, unless you're ginormous and green.

Yeah bearing in the hub, that was what i thought...... but i couldnt put it in words in english :D
i think u can see the bearing when u take it apart right? Where's the best place to order it?

Hope its lil warmer soon, cause i'm not going to work on it in -20 on the driveway...........

Thanks for ur input!
