Does anyone know of the 03+ DC sports strut bar fit a 00+ neon?

'00 and '03 are exactly the same unibody. Yes.

I believe either King Crab has put it on or Danteneon. They had to do some minor hood modification.

Yes it willl but there are hood clearance issues, you need to either run an srt hood or clearance your bracing on the hood so that it will fit.

That's what I thought too, that it basically fit but the fire blanket pressed against it.

i had one on my 05 sxt and it left two nice sized dents on my hood
i would just pick one up that will fit for the neon and not the srt

I've also heard that it will require minor modification to the underside of the hood. The wiper nozzle feeds will hit as well as the little tabs on the base of the hood. You can delete the wiper nozzles and cut the small tabs off, or buy a different hood, or just get a different bar. The Vibrant bars fit nicely, but they're not as beefy as the DC units.

just get the mopar one. They have one that's made for 00-05 neon

i'm trying to remember where i bought my front one... I think i either bought it from oemdodgeparts.com (which is a dealer) or turboneonstore.com (I don't see it on here any more)

I don't have a part number. maybe dante or BRR can chime in on this one.
