flex lines are just regular brake lines the ones that attach to the hard lines and wheel cylinders are for drums which im guessing he has. They are both fairly easy to replace if you know how to work on drums and know how to bleed your brakes you could save yourself about $540 of the 600 if you do it yourself.

wheel cylindars are in the rear drum brakes and shouldn't cost more than $20 per wheel

Napa: Wheel Cylinder - Rear 37787 $11.29

Its not a fun job todo but its possible to do them on your own without any special tools.

Flex lines, I am guessing they mean the rubber brake lines to the back plate. Well sainless steel racing lines cost around $150 for all 4.

Napa: Brake Hose - Left Rear w/o ABS brakes 381379 $26.49

The brake lines are very easy todo compared to the wheel cylinders.

I've done cylinders on drums and it's really easy if you already have it all apart for a shoe swap. Buy new drums, shoes, cylinders, and lines and make a day out of it. You'll spend 2-4 hours and save hundreds.
