suspension noise

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

so my 2000 neon is making some noise when i hit bumps slowly...feels like suspension isnt tight....i pulled off all tires didnt seem like nothen is gone... i tryed sprayingsome kind of lubercation my dad gave me in a can on the white bushing on sway bar etc, see if it would help, didnt make difference. is there certain greece i should use? its making a squeeking noise plus a clunk when i hit bumps. i checked all bushings /rubber and no cracks etc... not sure what to replace or where to look... any ideas on how to tell would be amazing!

if i brought car to dealer would it cost much for them to look at it? or is it free check... id like to get this fixed before winter/ anything bad goes wrong.

i pushed on the car...seems to be stiff... fuck i might take some pics... n post... see what others think....im clueless.
