Are we talking about the stainless steel braided flex lines ??
Or about the Hardlines running from the Master Cylinder to the hoses ??

Both are different, compared to 1st gen Neons. ( fittings and threads )
At the master cylinder, the fittings are different, compared to older Neons, IIRC.

Hmm. :-k That may change things.

IF the banjo bolt from the 2nd gen calipers, will 'fit into' the banjo bolt fitting for the caliper, then the SS braided flex lines *should* work.
( I believe that the fitting / threads for where the SS flex line goes into the hardline, should be the same as 1st gen Neons.)

You'll want to be sure the SS flex lines don't bind or kink or rub anywhere against the wheels or struts after installation, of course.

I know that the factory 2nd gen flex hoses, are longer than the 1st gen variety, so be sure that you don't run into any interference issues.

i think the banjo bolts are the same size but have different threads. one's metric and one's standard right? if the fronts are anything like the rears then the flex lines bolt right up to the hard lines so that isn't an issue, the only thing i'm not sure of is the fitment on the caliper end you know? i didn't know about the difference in length though.. to long and they'd work shitty anyway..

That is exactly right.

I think they are BOTH metric threads, IIRC, just different sizes.

I had to re-tap the 2nd gen front brake calipers to use them on my 1st gen (they bolt right up), once I did that, I was able to use the 1st gen banjo bolts on those.
I forget the thread size..... I will have to go look that up.
