I was cleaning up my engine bay today and noticed my power steering pulley on the pump was broken and the belt had fallen off.
I didn't look into it to well is this easy to replace or should I just grab a whole new pump from the junkyard?

the pulley should just unbolt and slide off, dunno if you'll need a puller or not.

I'm pretty sure I have that puller kit, I was just wondering if it would be worth all the hassle.
I have the 2.4 pump btw

Same concept, but the pulley is different. I think it has one more groove?

It may, I'm running a 4 rib belt so it don't matter really, I know the alternator I'm using has a 6 rib pulley.

IDK if the offset is the same tho, if you were to swap a 2.0 pulley on there. The Doorman pn is 300-312 for an SRT pulley. $15.00

Thanks a lot I'm considering swapping to an underdrive pulley anyway and changing my although pulley to an overdrive. I'm gonna go to the junkyard Monday to see what they have and their prices

A few months ago I dealed with a defective ps-pump and was searching for a used one.
I think the most used whole pumps you can get will have pulleys with at least little scratches and cracks. Therefore I would recommend to get only a new pulley, except your pump has too much miles on.
... and don“t forget to get new o-rings for the hose ...
