Re-Enable ABS with DRB3 procedure?

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

I just swapped my old 01' ABS pump/module for a 2003+ one to get ABS back in my swapped R/T.

Does anyone have the procedure to re-enable ABS with the DRB3?
And maybe flush the ABS module too?

Last time I went to the dealer to get a new key/remote fob programmed it took the guy a good 45minutes to figure out that he had to use the VIN stored in the PCM and not the one on the dash to get the 4 digit code. Then an other 15 minutes to program the remote fob.

I'm sure it'll be easier if they got the procedure on paper :)
