r/t springs

Post by LyricsNLines » Mon Jun 13, 2011 2:18 am

I cant find any info on the stock r/t springs for a 00+ neon. I just ordered a set of gr 2's and I have a set of r/t springs with low miles. Anyone know how much this is lower the car over stock springs? Any pictures of height?

stock 00+ springs will not lower the car...

1999 and older r/t springs will drop you a couple inches,,,

The 2gn R/T springs would just provide a little firmer ride, not drop it. Tho I'm not 100% sure the rear of R/T's sits quite as high stock.

But then it could be my imagination. Or most I have seen are not bone stock.

You will not find any '00 (or '05) R/T springs tho....

Drop is the same, rates very slightly higher. I forget the exact rates, anyone remember?

Yeah that sounds right. Damn, I cant imagine why Chrysler felt that a 10 lb kick in rate was going to make enough difference to justify production of these.
