knocking in back

ohk ive got some weird rythmic knocking from the back wheels whenever i hit the brakes. everything is tight and how it should be and the brakes were just replaced. the noise started before i did the brakes. anybody have a clue?

is your spare tire tight? and the jack etc?

Double check that all your lugnuts are tight and have not backed off... sounds like a loose wheel.

no spare tire and all the lugs are tight still cant figure it out and its been a while......

i thought maybe a bearing but there is no howling or play in the bearing at all.

brand new drums shoes and hardware i even had a buddy of mine who works at a shop look it over and he couldnt tell me what was wrong....... gaaayyyyy

it sounds more like somebody is hitting my drum with a hammer i thought about the tension bar but everything looked good to me

Ya I could hear it I it almost sounds like brakes are sticking or the drum is warped.But you said they were new and this started before that.
Does your parking brake work ok?

yeah the parking brake works fine but if i pull it while im movving the noise gets louder. i can stop fine and there is no pulsing in the pedal. just the annoying knocking.

Something in your rear brakes is screwed up, new parts or no. Take everything apart and re-re-check.

lol i only pulled it while moveing to be sure it was comming from the back and ill prolly re-re check it next weekend

Im wondering if something is broken in the emergency brake system I figured it would get worse when applied.

let the tied up asian hookers out of your trunk. this fixed my knocking in the rear problem hope this helps

that was the first thing i did... maybe one of my super rare exotic jumping turtles got flipped over and got stuck. the japanese trunk midget i installed must have flipped it back over or something... i will never know, i dont let them out much...

mine did this too, and practically imploded one day. Even though it stopped i would recheck it.
