SXT rear drum question

From what I've gathered it appears that the SXT rear drum and the SRT-4 drum-in-hat ebrake utilized not only the same hardware but the same shoes. It appears the part numbers may be different but I'm curious if anyone else knows this as fact or not.
Reason being I have a full brand new OEM Mopar kit for the e-brake on the SRT-4 consisting of shoes, hardware, etc. and I want to do the rear drums on the SXT. That being said it would make my life a lot easier if they crossed over. According to Rock Auto and other companies they do but I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone knew for sure.
I can supply the part numbers of the items I have if need be for this to be verified.

i've had both apart and the ebrake pads for the r/t srt are smaller than the pads for regular drum brakes. cant say for sure on the hardware though

I'll have to take some pictures, these pads I have are beefy as hell for Ebrake pads. I don't want to rely on Rock Auto as 100% fact. LOL

dont blame you, but i can tell you the ebrake pads are only about an inch wide, something i wouldnt consider "beefy".
you're positive the kit you've got is for ebrakes?

I can't imagine them being the same width, but it is possible. Just wouldn't make complete sense. They only need to hold the car not stop it. Not that the rear do too much, but you can see my point.

Rear disk e-brake shoe
Yes I know both pictures are from RockAuto but when I did my rear disk e-brake pads, the parts store ordered the rear drum shoe by error and as you can see, they're different.
AFAIK, rear disk e-brake shoe are the same on all the Neons, SRT included.

not interchangable as the overall diameter between only drum and drum in hat is different.
but for future reference, SRT rear brakes fit on an SXT without changing the spindle......just swap out the backing plate and everything in front of it if you decide later you want rear disc.

Someday I'll do that but for now I figure I'll check these out and see if they need a refresh
