front end clunk

hello i have a 02 neon mtx and im getting a very hard and loud clunk clunk when i go over a speed bump not traight on as the car rocks i hear loud from both sides
if i go out there and push up and down on the hood it is fine if i grab the door and rock the car back and forth i can hear the clunk clunk on both sides i have put new strut mounts on and that didnt help i changed the front driver side a-arm and tie rod end cause they where bad and no change replace the swaybar end link cause they were rusted apart no change all my motor mounts are fine that i can see other then the hidden one in the fender.
the only thing i can make clunk it the rack has movment but not leaking the inner tie rods are fine i was hoping they were bad but no luck. The inner cv joints that goes to the tranny if i grab it and pull on it back and forth i will go clunk clunk is that suppost to do that or is that the cluck i hearing ?
