Recommended components for coilover setup

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

I'm getting the riceland coilovers because I'm on a budget I'll be honest here. what else do I need or should change before putting on the coilovers? I have energy endlinks in the front, changed them as soon as I bought the car last year. Also with the coilovers can I re-use the stock top hats and just use camber bolts?
