brake help!

besides my tires being messed up my brakes were too. so i replaced them, everything was pretty simple and i took my time on them. after installing the new ones i went out to try my new pads and well they work find but the brake pedal is sooooo LOOSE! I have to floor it so the pads can grip the rotors... what did i do wrong? i bled the driver's side a little maybe that was it. also the passengers side rotor is sorta loose, you can wiggle it a little bit... what's up with that? and what can i do to fix the brake peddle softness? please help me!
