Well I ordered some heat shrink and wire off of AutoLumination.com because the price was reasonable.

So first it took them 4 days to get it out of the state they are located, Michigan. Then 4 more days to get here in PA. I can understand 4 days to be delivered, but 4 days just to get it out of Michigan...

Then I received it and opened the box open, to get this:

Now I could expect this from ebay, but a big seller like this?
It was a mess, the wiring was tangled into huge knots and stuff, heat shrink was balled in there. So I took about 20 minutes to untangle and cut it to make it nice and neat and got this.

That is what it should've looked like when I got it.
Don't think I'll be ordering from them again unless I have to.

I'm sorry to hear about this.

Autolumination is a GREAT place to order LED bulbs from.....I have dealt with them before.... but then, I haven't tried ordering shrink tubing from them, either.

You might want to drop them a note and give them some "feedback" on their packaging.
Not to slam them, just remind them know that people can post reviews like this, up on the Internet, for the World to see....

I also noticed that instead of sending me the 22ga they should have, they send me 16ga.

Well I was unhappy with my experience with you. A lot of people on the
forum I'm on buy from you so I figured I would give it a shot. First
it took you around 3 or 4 days to ship it out, and another 4 days to
get to PA. But that's not the biggest complaint. It's the way I
received my items. I opened the package and received this.

I took the time to straighten it out, and make it look like it
should've when I received it.

Hi

I don't like to bend the shrink tubing any more than is needed to fit the box. It puts crimps in it, and those crimps are all potential points where it can seal if the package gets too hot during shipping. In the summer particularly, that can be an issue.

Well he never messaged me back about the messy box, and a lady messaged me back and told me that if I'm not satisfied with the 16ga I got that I could ship it back and they would exchange it, but I'm not paying to ship anything back when it's their fault, and I already paid to have my 22ga, and have it shipped.

So I will not be dealing with AutoLumination any more.

I have never had any major problems with them. couple minor like sending different color leds but they sent new ones out, no exchange. I have bought from them over 10 times and would most likely keep doing so. There quality is in a league of its own compared to the japanese knock offs.
