Infinity door speakers
Disc changer delete
Boot delete
LED Interior lights
MPx door panel brackets

Still runs and drives. Just needs a battery. Insurance totaled it out.

$800 takes it home.

The frame is tweaked in the rear, the trunk doesn't seal anymore and it's stuck shut. The tail light doesn't work anymore, either. It's not exactly road legal.

The pisser is being totaled, it's not like you can just put plates/insurance on it and go. I'm sure it would need to go through a salvage title inspection and all that good stuff, before an insurance company would even get near it.

Not sure if I could even fathom how much fun a cop would have writing tickets if you tried to just hop in it and go, and got caught. And I'd bet it would be promptly impounded.

A tow dolly rental would be a very wise investment...

A prospective buyer brought a battery to check it out last night. The car fired right up and purred like it hadn't been sitting for a year and a half. Such a great car. He said he needs to put some money together and that he's really interested, but in all honesty, I'll probably never see him again. Car buyers are flakes.

Usually if they don't have the money in hand, and need time to get the money, it's a safe bet they won't be back.

I don't carry money with me anymore when looking at a car, due to the way things are nowadays, but if I want it, I will set up a time to exchange money and the title, etc.


Obviously something like this that will need towed home isn't as smooth of a transaction as far as paying and driving off, unless you own a tow truck/dolly...

SOLD!

A nice guy bought the car night before last and drove it home. He works at a body shop and is hoping to put it back together and drive it. Maybe make a track car out of it. I'm excited to know that it's going to someone who will bring it back from the dead instead of parting it out.

A frame machine should make short work of whatever damage was done. It can't be much, considering the roof, or other panels have no buckles, or ripples. Assuming the doors all open and shut normally.

A trunk lid, and straightening the back of the trunk pan, and it should be good. Possibly a rear fascia if that one doesn't pop back out.
