1995 NYG Sedan SOHC MTX in MD changing price

Post by INVUJerry » Mon Dec 17, 2007 9:47 pm

Thats right, I can't do this crap any more. And I'm selling it, this is from what I put on the .org .

Hey guys. Well, my brake line rusted on the the car, long story short, it has alot of rust problems, and I have no time. I wasn't told the complete truth when I bought the car, and I didn't look underneath of it, and I didn't know what to look for, and the owner wasn't straight forward with me. I don't have the time, the money, or the tools and means to work on it.

The Good:
Motor is strong, transmission runs great, ran a 16.31 with a 2.4 60' and a 280 lb driver, interior is in decent shape.

The Bad:
Well, the brake lines are shot, the fuel line is going, the suspenion parts are rotting, apparently the gas tank is leaking now, it dosen't have a bobble strut, the revese lights weren't wired in when the swap was done, neither was the neutral safety switch. The paint dosen't quite match up, it has clear coat peel like a mug, and its pissing me off. When I bought it the owner said "no CEL's, has a booger bobble strut, speedo dosen't work because of a bad cluster". Turns out there is a wiring problem because I've tried 3 clusters in it so far. The CEL bulb was pulled, along with the ABS, and Airbag light. The horn dosen't work. The bobble strut? Not there. It's halfway into an MTX swap, and I never got around to fixing that, since I was tinkering with other crap. It also has a dent in the back from when the previous owner rolled it down a hill, and it hit a parked car.

Right now it has a mopar computer, a mopar shorty header, a dynomax cat, some stock piping I rigged together, and the muffler was cutoff by a dumbass friend of mine. It sitting on 7-spoke 2gn rims, but I'm going to sell it with the 95-96 sport style rims.

What I need out of it, I'd like $700, but I'm taking offers. Right now its sitting at the dealer, with them waiting for me to call about what to do with it. If nobody off of here wants it, its gonna go to the junk yard, and then most likely to a crusher. The lower the price goes, the more of the go-fast parts I want to take off.

Also, if you have anything up for trades, thats cool too, since I need to replace this car. If someone wants to trade, it'd have to be a 5-speed car. Other than that, sohc on a dohc block, dohc on a sohc block, 2.0, 2.4, coupe, sedan, paint, primer, dents, straight, stock, modded, A/C or not, it dosen't matter. I'm gonna need a 2nd car regardless. I have a little bit of cash that I can put towards it, but my car is going to have to be towed away, and I need a car that I can drive, so my fiance can use the 05.

I just want it to go to a good home, its either an enthusiast, or a crusher.
