Will these tires fit?

Soo I am considering doing a trade for SRT wheels and the tires that come with them are the Michelin Pilot Sport sizing 205/50 ZR17. I was wondering if they would fit right onto my 2002 Stock Dodge Neon...thanks guys

Nope, they'll rub your lower spring perch. You'll have to go with a 205/40/17 tire. Or what some people have done, beat the spring perch with a hammer until the tire no longer rubs, but I would not do that

well if you do it with no spacers it takes longer and really measses with the form of the perch but if you run a spacer and bang on it its not too bad like 3-4 hits on the rear two and like 2 hits on the front and im good! but i would do smaller tires like he mentioned if you can afford it because i get alot of tire folding when i corner too hard but whatever you can afford . i could afford spacers not tires so .....
