So, I noticed the other day how dull and dirty my CAI, Strut bar, and INGEN fuse box cover are. I wanted to know what everyone here uses to make there metal give off that nice *bling*.

Nevr-DullĀ®!!!

I swear by it. Always have, always will. Definitely some wicked nice stuff! Makes exhaust tips shine like crazy. We also use it on the "Real-Wheels" on our fire trucks. It's amazing and it's like $8 a can.

NevRDul FTW, it kicks ass on tail lights and headlights ti give them a new look as well. It works best on chrome, but I have had great results on aluminum as well. I have even removed rust from a bike frame with it!

Don't bother using anything else on your intake and other chrome pieces. But on aluminum, I do prefer Mothers, or Megs Aluminum polish as SCneonchic said.

maybe i'm just dumb, but i went out and got the nevr dull stuff, and started using it on my igen fuse cover thing.... it didn't brighten much, but it sure did scratch the hell out of the cover.

When I polish up my muffler I use mothers and it does a great job making it look like a mirror.

you should probably get a different kind...like the mothers, because its a paste, not the little rough things that you pull out of the top of the can...I think that is why it scratched it.

all time best matal polish is FLitz.. its a green liquid. I use it on yachts all the time. takes off all sorts of corrosion and discoloration. Even salt water stains.

The mothers is in fact more aggressive than Nevrdul, I think maybe you used it too aggressively, it doesn't require much pressure at all. It works best on chrome.
