I looked around on here and couldn't find anything about anyone painting their stock wheels. Anyone with pics?

I was thinking of maybe a gun-metal or black. I have to look at these until spring. Just wondering how it'd look.

sum1 had gunmetal 7 spokers on an eblue... but i didnt like it much.... but that was just me. ui dunno what happened to the pics... they're on here somewheres.

i was thinking of a few different ideas, here's stock and a few different other choices.

Stock vs. Black with Red Line:

If someone could do a more realistic job on the red line edge on the black wheels I'd like to see it. Or maybe even leave that edge silver? I did it on the black wheels in that pic but I couldn't get it to look right.

Ideas guys?

I say leave them be, it looks good as is.

I like the black, as long as you have some other black somewhere on the car, not a lot just an accent. I was thinking of doing the same to my '01.

i actually don't think the black would look bad if i put the cf hood back on. The tail lights and side markers are also smoked. i'm thinking i'm just gonna leave them as they are and save myself some time. eventually i'd like to get a set of srt rims or something like that for when i switch over to winter?

i say no matter what, put the CF hood back on! but imo, the car looks hawt as is. but the black with red line looks mad sexy man! i wanted to do that to my SRT wheels, but i ended up buying my enkeis instead...

I think the black w/ red line would look good. Somethign different!
