1.) .
does anyone have them on thier car? (pictures)

Here is a video of them operating.
2.)
Are they really Direct "Bolt-on" Kits, (are they easy to install)
You and a friend can do it in about three hours with beer breaks, direct bolt on, however you must trim the fender a little for hinge clearence, and extend your wiring harness (very easy).
3.)
What is a good price range for a good kit?
I wouldn't buy one for less than $500, as you may be getting shotty welds and materials.
4.)
where do you get a good kit from?
JTAutostyle.com
5.)
Is Ebay a good Choice-- 1 Link 2 Link
Do not buy the kits you see on ebay, they are knock off Decah kits, that are made with very thin grade steel, and they are welded at the most stressfull part of the swingarm.
Buy from JT Autostyle, you will be happy, call them and ask for Steve, tell him Chris Holliday told you to call, he'll hook you up.
I have had mine on my car nearly four years, and they are still functioning problem free!
Feel free to ask questions about the install.

Is it hard to get in and out of your car?
your car looks so hot.

At first it's awkward, but not hard, then it's a piece of cake, then, after a couple years, the noveltey of haveing them, wears off, like, when you forget somethin in your house, and are in a hurry to exit the car, or enter it, it's sort of a pain in the ass to have to open them up instead of just hopping in. Plus it's kind of a pain to have to train people how to get in and out of the car without damaging your new hinges.
People still stop and stare, I've caused one minor fender bender while filling up at the gas station.
But to answer your question, no, it' very easy to get in and out, and, neither me, my wife, or any of my friends has ever hit the door accidentally with thier head or anything.

These are
LSD doors and they are very expensive but they are ultra easy to install and very well designed this kit comes with extra wires to extend the door wires( just in case you mess up) Picture directions with your real car make in it. a can spray to spray on the hinges to protect from the rust and lube plus some more stuff. Truley IMO one of the best kits money can buy.

um, the LSD kit looks great but the price doesnt.
But it comes with everything plus a little more.
It also looks like you have more room to get in and out of.
They say you can open the doors in two ways, does that mean you can still have them open up the regular way?

I forgot to mention that the JT kit comes with wires as well, I have seen only one LSD kit in person, and when it got cold out (less than 55*) the doors wouldn't stay up. It is probably the greatest looking kit on the market though.
(Krackstar, please don't take any of this as a direct assault on you) Do your doors have a problem staying up when it's cold out?
When they say it opens both ways, they mean that it opens out then up, it in no way means that you can open it like stock, as well as up. If you can squeeze through a door that is only open 20-30*, then you don't have to lift the door up, which could be a major convenience.
As you can see in the video of mine, my wife could have squeezed through, but there's no way my fatass is getting in without lifting them.
JT kits go for about $600 I believe.

No need to explain, been there, done that!
When I first got the kit, they were using hydrolic shocks instead of gas, and they would constantly go out, now they use gas, and I haven't replaced one of those yet, after three years.

Sorry iam retarded i meant to say "Yea gas shocks work soo good"
It really depends on your preference at this point , its all about what works for your and your needs. I cant speak on JT's kits cause i never owned one, but when i asked around for the best door kits, this is what i was told to get.

The LSD kit looks great, nice billet aluminum. The JT kit, is polished stainless. I beleive the extra cost lies in the aluminum, and the fact that they are made in Europe, so they have to include freight to the U.S., Billet blocks are much more expensive than 1/2" thick stainless.
The only experience I have had with an LSD kit, was the one that wouldn't stay up in under 50* temps, and his was only like 3 days old. But I have read about others having good luck with them.
The choice is in your hands, my JT kit has been absolutely problem free for 3 years, and Krackstars kit has been problem free as well, it's up to you.

I was curious to know the price, so I called there... No one ever answers. So, I went through e-mail yesterday. 24 hours later, still no response.
Chris, think you could try and get ahold of him to find out price? This is kind of annoying. I missed out on buying marakka's used set, and now I'm looking to buy these.... but I can't find out the price!

Yes, they are, so when everyone switches to gull wing and suicide doors, then lambos will be original!
That, and I have yet to see any other those kits, for any car, a direct bolt on like Lambo kits are.
Personally, I want to lambo the front, and suicide the rears... I just lack the knowledge of suiciding.

This is true but there is nothing wrong with a lil custom work to be diffrent. lol seriously the gullwing kit didnt seem to diffuclt its a matter of taking a hinge to get welded to a spot on the frame and thats it it could take a shop less than a hour to do all the welding required at the most costing you $250 and thats it, i looked into this kit before i went lambos and i was really really thinking about it.
