Black headlights

i realize this is a topic already seen on here, and i already searched the old posts and didnt find what i was looking for there.

i want a set of black headlights for my 03 sxt. the old posts said to get Depo brand headlights, but the links lead to nothing. i have seen the ebay versions, and i dont know if i should take my chances with those, because in reality they are just stock housing with black inside.

does anybody have links that REALLY lead to black headlights for an 03+??

i have looked at morrettes as well(spelling?) , and i am in no mood to pay out the ass for them, or wait another 2 years for them to get DOT certified.

thanks for your help as always. i will be sure to post new pics in the spring when all the work i am doing right now is finished.

I've looked as well -- as one of my OEMs has a hairline crack. I think Modern has some. Try this link:

http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx/pl2000_index.shtml

Scroll towards the bottom. The pics of Replacement lamps for 03 and 04 Neon and SRTs show one with a black surround, and one silver. They are $210/pr though:(

I got mine from www.CTAmotorsports.com

They are DEPO brand, and have all non reflective surfaces inside in black plastic.

Eagl Eye makes the black housing headlights, not DEPO.

What do you think about painting them?
It's really easy to do...
