Need input! What would you do?

So soon I will either be ordering a 6000K or 8000K HID kit. We know the 6000 is white and the 8000 is a nice light blue. Here are some of my options on what I want to do:
-6000K HIDS with blue stained foglights. (I will be staining them with staind glass paint.)
-8000K HIDS with blue stained foglights.
-8000K HIDS with yellow stained foglights.
I'm leaning twords the blue with the yellow, but I'm not sure if with the amber turn signals that it'll look that good. What would you do? I wouldn't want 6000K and yellow fogs cause yellow and white to me is eh. Oh and before anyone says it, I don't care about HIDS in a not HID housing.
Thanks!,
Anthony.

Yeah I'm starting to lean that way. I just don't want to look like a rainbow with blue, amber and yellow, hahahah.

Then paint the turn sig housings yellow?
Or get yellow bulbs.
Or get white bulbs. White bulbs aren't illegal used as a turn signal. But get the hyperwhite at least, cuz normal ones WILL look yellow compared to the HIDs. lol

Hhahah no the fog lights. The turn sigs will stay stock amber. I would never get white or blue turn signals.. way too flashy for me.

Yeah, but you're talking about blue, amber, and yellow.
Make it blue, yellow, and yellow.
Or blue, white, and yellow.
lol.
Ok, ok. Stay stock. Hm. Amber fogs? I don't know hahahaha I'm stopping talking now.

I agree that 4300k is white, but I don't think 6000k is quite as blue as he is looking for. 6000k is definately starting to get blue but 800k is pretty much pure blue. I vote for 6000k with no stained fogs at all. That's just me though, I've never been a fan of stained fogs.

Beat me to it...
I have 5K in my truck. I had 6K in there before..
6Ks upclose - further away they look even more blue.
5K Upclose cruddy pic - They are pure white - no other color to them.

I knew 4300 K is white, but way to OEM looking for me to consider. Sam has 8000K's:

I think the yellow fogs on that would look nice.

Oh, I thought you were looking for better output, not color.

Oh no man, I knew 4300K is the best for output. But either way the 8000K HIDS are better than halogen.

You're pushing it on the 8000k's, I won't give you the lecture about halogen housings with HID's, it seems you already know that it's not good.
A 6000K bulb is about the highest kelvin rating I would use, seeing as how you are already losing useable light by putting the HID bulb in a halogen housing, so I wouldn't want to lose more light output by decreasing the lumen output lower than a halogen bulb.
The 9007 bulb in the Neon creates 1650 lumens, a "TRUE" 8000k HID bulb, only puts out 2000 lumens, so yes, it puts out more light, but you aren't focusing it the right way, so you will only get to see about 1300 lumens of it.
Back to your original question, I dig the 6000k with yellow fogs look, very Lexus IS300'ish.
I have the 4300K HID's (projectors) with yellow stained fogs, I think it looks sweet with the heavy color contrast, especially when you see the car comming at you and you are right in the colorband.
I wish I had a pic of it, but heres a pic of my TSX projectors right in the colorband, someone chop in the yellow fogs!!
As soon as I get my headlights back from Haknslash from being redone, I will take a real pic for you.
Good luck with your choice, and no matter what you pick, I'm sure you'll be very happy with it!!!!
