I have heated mirrors on my '03 SXT... I just roll the windows down about 3" and crank the defroster. Clears 'em right up in about 20 minutes.TNK wrote:i had heated mirrors on my 00 ES.

i have the ebay m3 mirrors on my car and have the originals stored away in the garage. i was thinking abou this same idea last year when i made a trip to the local yard..i had just installed the mirrors about 1 week before i ran into a stratus and a 300m at the yard. i looked closer and the more i looked and poked around at it the more i think it will work. i mean i had just spent like 3 hours the other week installing the m3 mirrors and putting on and off to adjust the bolts for a snug fit.. and looking at the 300ms mirror chances are it will..
im taking out the stock mirrors and heading out to the yard this weekend. im goig to walk in with them and if i find a intrepid, status or 300m ill try to match and fit the stock mirrors. ill hit you guys up if i come up with something..

Check Interpid or 300M. Stratus would probably be a different plate than those to considering the 300/Intrepid were LH bodies and the Stratus was JX (??)

Yup, Cirrus/Stratus was a different family and different manufacturing plant.

well, my intentions were good. i found a neon that had the dr side mirror missing already when i was at the junkyard. then i found an 02 intrepid and i started taking off the mirror from that, and then realized i was pulling off the pass mirror. 
i then got frustrated and let it be. maybe ill give it another shot next week. i can tell you that the mirror had two studs and then the third mounting point was a screw.

i got those mirros one on my car. i thought about painting it to match my car, but i did smoke my lens. i also took out the led light and put in a 194 bulb. its alot brighter than the leds ones.

ok I went to the yard and didnt find any new 2000+ bodies except a sebring.. so i wasnt able to compare the parts.. im going out to another this weekend thats about 25 mins from here.. ill keep you guys posted..EclecticBlue wrote:Check Interpid or 300M.
