I don't know exactly... the wing that you said you were interested in didn't look all that bad, but if you were to go any bigger I think it'd be too much.
Regardless I voted no, I think that having too big a wing is bad, or ricer. It is like me wanting to keep my SXT spoiler than getting an SRT.

Well, the car will be turboed as well, so it will indeed have all of the performance to back up it's look. I mean, I'm on coilovers, [erformance pads/rotors, upgraded sways, 20g turbo, and wider tires for much needed cornering/straight line grip.
So, it will be hard to see any rice in it.
I just sort of feel like the kit will be WAY aggressive, so a wing like that would fit well with the overall package.

How much are you going to try to sell the wing for?
Thats the finalized kit, thats pretty much how widebodies look on any car, even the JGTC race cars. YGPM about the wing.

i still vote no wing. i think it'll be a nice clean look. wide, low and clean. photoshop the wing out of the new pic you put up. that should give a good idea of how it would look, i put my thumb over it adn it looked hella nice. i say no wing.

I say GO for the wing. I think it would look real wierd without a wing with a kit like that. Also, I don't know why, but the 1st pic you have...kinda looked like a VW Beetle for a second! LoL!
Here's the short of it...you did a FANTASTIC job on the current set-up...I like how you like to keep things nice and clean lookin without going all "rice"...well I think you'll do the same for this next set-up, so I have faith that it will look BETTER than what you have now! Good luck dood!

i like that idea as well, something that sticks off the back a bit, and comes far up on the trunk, but stays really low to the trunk, rather than something that stands higher than the roof, would be GREAT. or wingless.Opi wrote:But yea, long, low-profile wing FTW

Normally I'm not a fan of wings, and those aluminum double edge Bic razor looking Wal-mart deals...f#cking ridiculous. However with the extreme look of the bodykit (which had me drooling, thanks) and all your other CF upgrades in mind,
I think as long as you got a high quality CF wing like the one you pictured in you original post I think I would forgive you! And with all that body going on the wing would not be that noticable...Like a hot chick, do you REALLY look at her face first?!
Reminds me of my all-time favorite Time-attack car, the HKS Altezza. All CF widebody as well. One bad mutha!

i still dont like the kit.....or the wing idea.........
but whatever, its yer car, and its all free...so get the biggest f'in wing you can find that still contours the car
