polyurethane eyelids

it doesn't matter what it is made of as long as i can paint them i just dont want to pay 110 for carbon fiber , how much would fiberglass ones cost me

check carbon by designs site, IIRC they have fiberglass ones.

i have a question about eyelids do they make you lights not shine that bright because my last car didnt have eyelids but the brights and dim lights were terriable they would reach out that far and i tryed to adjust them and they still were.

They don't affect our light output. At least mine don't affect mine.

the carbon fiber are 110 and the poly are 80 from cbd , and do u think i should paint them silver or black? i'm thinking black since i painted my m3 mirrors black and i'm planning on painting my wheels black but i dont know

Think i'm gonna test my hands on making some fiberglass eyelids. I will post some pics soon as i get a pair made. Shouldn't be to hard and i have plenty of fiberglass left over from my body kit repair to my zx2.

need to find me a donar pair of headlights from 1gn and 2gn and then it should be easy from there. i have all the supplies ready to go. PM me if you are insterested with the Xgn of your car and what type you would like, short style or S-style. I will start making them.

ok i'm looking hard for some headlights i can use for this project, if goes well i should be able to start before this weekend and prolly have the first pair done by the end of the weekend.

so are eyelids the :quotes: in :quotes: thing now a days? I personally think they're tacky.

Why not just save you some money and draw over your headlights with a black permanent marker? Better yet, DUCT TAPE!
