restoring wiper arms

Anyone else's wiper arms look terrible?

The factory powdercoating on the lower aluminum section on mine is corroding, bubbling and flaking off.

Wondering if anyone has restored theirs. Powdercoat, paint, etc?

I can certainly sand and spray bomb, but would prefer something I wouldn't have to re-do every season.

that gets close to a factory finish .. and will last for 3+ years at least .. (depending on weather conditions and rain etc ... also what you use to wash your windows / cars)

the factory finish isn't a powdercoating ... it is a plating / paint
