Easiest way to remove pin striping?

Just as the topic says..Ive got 2 lines running down each side and i want to find the easiest way to get it off the card..Even if it does have a little glue or whatever left..thats not a problem..Thanks

fingernail.. maybe peel it back and work it off slowly with a thin blockbuster card and some googone... thats how i got my carmax stickers off my car, and the pinstriping off my buddies mitsu galant..

your best bet is a plastic razorblade, fingernail, or credit card to peel the pinstriping off. Then to get the excess stuff off something like goo-gone or acrysol works great.

just be extra careful with your paint! :shock:

Heat it up with a hair dryer if its not already hot out. Use a credit card or something and start to peel it away. There will probably be residue from the adhesive left over. Use Tar & Bug remover OR a detailer spray and a clay bar. That actually seemed to work the best.

Best way go to auto zone and buy goo gone sticker lifter kit...
Its like 6 bucks but its pretty usefull they have a prying thing that wont scratch paint then rub glue off with goo gone.

that stuff works, but so does gasoline - just need to wash car really well afterwards and possibly a new wax :lol:
