driver lights and stock switch?

Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

driver lights and stock switch?

ok i got some driver lights for my 02 sxt and i want to wire them in to where when i flip to high beams my driver lights come on sence driver lights are way brighter than fog lights....so i want to splice a relay for my driver lights in with the high beam circuit.....will that mess my switch up? cause i heard some guys say our headlight switchs tend to foul up...so yea if i wire a relay in with my high beams will that mess my switch up? and would it matter if its a clamping relay or not? thanks.

That should work fine if you're using the relay properly, since that's what relays are for. :thumbup:
