Blinker/ parking light prob

Ok this is a two parter....When you step on my brake my parking lights come on and my needles light up whether the car is on or off. While the car is running if i put my blinker on they blink fine until the brake is pressed. Once the brake is pressed they freeze until my foot is removed off the brake. THey also wont blink when my lights are on......Does anyone know what the heck is going on

Have you done any wiring work lately? If not could be fried harness or messed up PCM.

i been having wiring problems to. but mine is doing this i dont have no blinkers or brakelights at all. and i know there must be a short because when i put in a fuse it blew right away. and i know the bulbs arent burned out because when i unlock the doors the bulbs flash. and the backup lights dont work when i back up either. and so far my car has been at the dealership since last friday and they still never figured it out and they said it was covered under warrenty. and now im just getting impatient with them because i thought it would been done by now. and they said i cant get a rental car because i have to be 21 to drive it.
