Opinions please (rims)

Post by kaminari_neon » Fri Jun 24, 2005 9:35 pm

Eneki EVO6 or the Work Emotion CR's....im having a hard time....since the Wolf rims are out of stock and its going to take a few months to get a set from Mackin Industries

The EVO's 18x7.5 35mm offset is the one i want -- pictured here are 18x7.5 but 45 offset that dont fit

These are the Work Emotion CR (the pics have the 17's...i ordered the 18's but 17's came in :flame: .....its going to be approximately a month to two months to get the 18x7.5 and proper offset rims in from Japan)

just for reference....here are my previous rims

these were my previous rims...Enkei RS6 18x7.5 with 225/40/18's

I like the Enkei EVO6's.

IIRC, weren't you going to stay away from gunmetal rims since "everyone is doing that on silver cars"?

A few too many stickers, if you ask me. And they make you put them on yourself?! Not bad wheels, though.

i would go with the evo's.....that polished lip looks nasty (in a good way)

and if you change rims as ofter as it seems.....let me know when youre ready to get rid of the evo's (i think those are the most popular in the thread)

I like the Work's better also, but they are the same ones on SS's SRT-4, which is silver. Gives you a good idea of what they would look like, but also means someone else already has the wheel/color combo.
