just curious ... decided i am going to use the 02 bumper on my car ... and wondering if my fogs will work in it ...
also does anyone know if the foam insert is the same between the bumpers?
are factory fogs for 01 and 02 the same? and a bumper ?

no... the 00-01 non-r/t bumper has the foam pad. The 02 has 2 plastic pieces and a different front support. Although you should be able to drill holes in your front support.
Give me a few min... i have those pieces sitting in my room.
EDIT: Here are a couple of pics...
The section boxed in red on the black piece(front support) are the holes that you need for the plastic supports.
The pic with the plastic support, the section boxed out is where the 2 plastic pieces bolt to the front support.
And that's it... that's what helps hold up the 02 bumper and gives you the 5mph crash protection

hmmm ok, so those peices just bolt onto the support and then the bumper goes on .. instead of the foam peice ...
wierd .. but ok ..
the actual bumper it's self (front support) .. it is the same tho between the 01 and 02 ? guess i need to go ahead and pull my bumper off and compare it to the pic you took .. just to make sure ...
never noticed it .. but i guess the r/t and 02 bumper doesn't stick out as far as the 00 and 01 bumper does in the front ...

well your front support probably won't have the 2 holes... i know when i switched my old 01 to an 02 front i didn't know there was a difference and i didn't have the holes.
I tried sticking my 01 foam behind my 02 bumper and it wasn't even close to fitting. I just left it off, there wasn't any difference in appearance. Although i don't recommend that b/c you are supposed to have the 5mph support.
