Not sure what to do

My R/T rear bumper has a few problems with it. It needs a new paint job (due to a lot of scratches) and has a small crack in the bumper (about the size of a quarter)
I still have the BUX tails that i was going to put in. But now i'm not sure...

Should i just get my bumper fixed and painted then get the SRT exhaust fitted to my bumper? And still be able to use the BUX tails.
or
Should i buy the SRT rear bumper and tails, this way i don't have to get the exhaust fitted. Although then i won't be able to use the BUX tails.

i like the export tails ... BUT ... the 03+ bumper (esp the smoothness of the srt unit) ... looks a lot better .. and gets rid of what my wife refers to as the 'angry crosseyed grasshopper look' for the back of the 00-02 neons ...

Would their be ANYTHING else that i would need to make an SRT bumper work besides the tails? Maybe the bumper foam or plastic or is it a direct replacement?

For what it's worth...I have the '02 ACR bumper modded to fit the SRT-4 exhaust (is poopie). I am going to put on the SRT-4 bumper to fix that problem, plus the SRT-4 bumper comes down further, as well as not rolling under the car so the tips don't stick out so much. Plus I can use the 3D tails I have
