LED Tail lights

So I've read recently that the individual LEDs go out quickly on these lights. Does anyone know the life span of the lights? If they go out relatively quickly, are they easy to replace?

I had THE first set in the US for DEPO, for a big grand opening of one of thier dealers here, mine are still going strong, no problems.

That is very comforting to hear. I recently purchased mine and so far they're great.
If they do decide to blow up I hope it's within that year warranty.

LED's should last 10 times longer than any normal bulb, regardless of configuration or size.

Just make sure your connection is strong and the connections are firm.

Really.... Modern sells them for the 03-05 models... for a year or so... where have u been????

Yeah, and I think they are only for the 03+ models.

They are. I might take mine apart and colormatch them via HakNSlash how-to. Not sure if I have the balls to do so though.

Yup, with a rear bumper swap, they are a direct bolt on.

Nick, I swapped into these tails from my 02. To my suprise it IS a direct bolt up...YAY
