I don't think the fuse box goes that low, should just be the air intake. As for if it has to be moved or not, I dunno.

On the right? Thats the resonator thats connected to your intake air box. Take that thing out and beat the crap out of it.

You'll notice a more throaty sound without it.

No problem.
Nope you can get it out under the fender if you partially remove part of you plastic inner fender. Just unscrew a few screws in your wheel well.

Wow, so that's what a Neon looks like without the front bumper cover on. Saved the pic for future ref.

Haha yep, they are ugly wouldn't you say? That's my baby during the "honey-chrome" project.

And this is what a Neon looks like with it's dentures out:

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

So how many and where are the bolts that hold it all on? I might try pulling my front bumper cover so I can re-do the grills I put on it so it'll look better.

On my 02:
1) If you take out the inner plastic fender liner (wheel well) there are 2 10mm nuts to loosen on either side where the bumper meets the fender.
2) Then 3 more screws for the undertay (plastic radiator bracket cover underneath bumper)
3) Pop it off, just make sure you disconnect the side marker lights before you take it off completely.

I think that's it.
