Been doing some reading of posts but still a tad confused to what to get as far as putting together my projectors that I'm getting on Wednesday.
First off, I'm getting these ones: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/00-01-02 ... 0000675223 for my 2000.
Now, from what I have read, the stock projector from those lights isn't exactly top notch and could be improved greatly with a HID kit? Is this right? I'm not looking to spend a ton of cash on lighting. I have put roughly a grand into the car in the last two months as it is for various things. I have seen a couple kits on eBay in the $75-$90 range. Are these kits good or not too reliable? Here's a couple examples:

There are a couple more. Would someone who knows about this stuff direct me to the best one under $100 (shipping included) on eBay? If those aren't worth buying, I'm not looking to get any of the ones that are higher priced. I can deal with less impressive lighting but wanted to improve it if it was in my budget.
If one of those sets are worthy, do I need H1 or H3 bulbs? I have seen both mentioned and that's why I ask. Does the color temperature matter aside from the color of the lighting? I was thinking 8k or 10k as I like blueish color but don't want to go too blue (12k).
Is the installation of the kit pretty basic?
One last question. I'm reading that the projector is the low beam light correct? So the high beam light uses a regular halogen bulb? Would a good SilverStar bulb be an adequate replacement for cheap ones?
Sorry if I sound like a total noob but I want to be sure before I dive into anything here and wanted to get some input from the guys who have done this kind of thing before.
