ion projectors

is there a difference modern is selling some ion projectors now for 10 more then the regular projectors... is there anydifference?

ION Projector Style Headlights with Halo rings and LED's for the 03-05 Neon and SRT-4. These headlights are different from the standard 03-05 projector halo headlights because they have a ION projector beam, which emits a bright yellowish-white light output. This is a limited edition production !!

Thats what modern has as a decription. im guessing just the color of the light is different

yeah im kinda curious about that because i want to get hids and i want blueish light to emit from the projectors... so will it be wierd or what im so confused

I'd assume its a differentbulb

I thought I read on SRTforums that it's a coating to the lense but SRTforums is down apparently so I can't check.

well after sending back my regular projectors i gave up on the retro fit and now ordered some of these "ion" projectors.. we will see how they go.. ordered alot of stuff... after vacation its work away!!!
