i thought shipping out meant shiped but nooo... has anyone else encountered any problems with them of is this just me?

Yup. Got my sideskirts from them. No problems as well. Great company to deal with when I purchased. Shipped pretty quick and came without issues. Love the skirts too. Very durable. Good quality glass.

ive called three times no answer wrote 6 emails no reply i dont know what else to do its been a month and a half thats just rediculous

I ordered directly from them on a monday and received my kit in Michigan (I believe they are in Jacksonville, FL) on Thursday the same week.

Cancel the order, file a dispute. You'll get a response quick.
